Fulbright Foreign Student Program

The Fulbright Foreign Student Program enables graduate students, young professionals and artists from abroad to study and conduct research in the United States. The Fulbright Foreign Student Program operates in more than 160 countries worldwide. The following UC graduate programs encourage Fulbright students to apply. If accepted for admission, the Fulbright student will receive a 100% tuition scholarship from the graduate program for the student’s grant period.
