Graduate Student Appreciation Week
April 6–10, 2026
Join us in celebrating the innovation, dedication, and impact of our graduate students. Throughout the week, the Graduate College will host pop-up events at colleges across both the West and Medical campuses. As part of the celebration, Graduate College staff will visit each location to give away t-shirts and coffee mugs, and hand out refreshments, creating opportunities for graduate students to connect and recharge.
Whether you’re stopping by between classes, labs, or clinical rotations, these events are designed to say thank you for the research, creativity, and leadership you bring to our graduate community.
The week will also feature optional skill-building and wellness opportunities, including Green Dot Training, an interactive session on recognizing concerning situations and taking action to support a safer, more connected community, and Mental Health First Aid Training, a program that prepares participants to respond to individuals experiencing mental distress and connect them with appropriate professional resources.
