Students should be on the lookout for housing rental scams. Rental scammers often target student renters. The Tenant Information Project (TIP): a College of Law volunteer organization that provides legal information concerning landlord/tenant law. Reach the TIP Hotline at 513-556-0053, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
