Admission Decision

All applicants who have submitted their applications and paid the application fee must have a final decision indicated in the official university admissions system (Slate). This is essential for students to be able to officially accept or reject an offer of admission, to be routed for appropriate action for visas and financial aid, and to have their record updated in the student information database (Catalyst). Admission decisions cannot be made on applicants who have not submitted their application or paid the application fee. All final decisions must be entered in the official university admissions system and a decision letter sent in order for the student to be eligible for financial aid.

Graduate Supplemental Information Form

The supplemental information form will be replaced by the Enrollment Form in Slate and is completed online in the student self-service center by the student. The supplemental information form will only be used with readmissions.
